       2008 Autumn Dance Classic
General Information

  • Dressing rooms will be available for competitors outside the ballroom
  • Competitors should be in the ballroom ready to dance 1/2 hour prior to scheduled time
  • Competitions are subject to merge, change and/or cancellation due to number of entries (or lack thereof)
  • All entries must be submitted on or before September 30, 2008
  • Late entries may be accepted only if the schedule permits and will be subject to a late entry fee of $30/couple.
  • NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 17, 2008.
  • FINAL PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE BY OCTOBER 17, 2008.
The 2008 San Francisco Autumn Dance Classic is an NDCA recognized event.  In accordance with NDCA rules, all participating professionals and amateur must hold a current registration with the NDCA.  Proof of such registration will be required in order to pick up your competition number.

Contact the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway directly (415) 441-4000 to make reservations.  Mention the San Francisco Autumn Dance Classic to receive the discounted rate of $189/night, single or double.  Discounted rate will only be available until September 30, 2008.  Reservations made after that date will be taken on a space available basis only, and the discounted rate may no longer be available.

Fine Print

No responsibility for loss or theft of articles left in changing rooms, ballrooms or hotel rooms can be accepted by the organizers, or by the National Dance Council of America; neither can they be held liable for any injuyr sustained by persons attending this event.  Everyone attending does so at his/her own risk.  All persons attending this events, whether as spectators, competitors, officials or as guests of the organzier, shall be bound by the National Dance Council of America rules, and by participating in this event automatically becomes obligated to adhere to them.
